ALLISON ST. JOHN, FNP-C, AESTHETIC INJECTOR, THE GLOW LAB FOUNDER
Hey, friends! Meet Allison, our incredible founder and the heart behind The Glow Lab. With over 14 years of nursing experience and more than 9 years as an aesthetic injector, she has a lot to bring to the table. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, she holds extensive knowledge in aesthetic injections, including techniques, products, technology, policies, procedures, and, most importantly, safety. Her aesthetic approach combines facial balancing and preserving Allison believes that education and safety are the foundation of any successful practice, and she’s passionate about sharing her knowledge with others.

Allison started a rock collection as a little girl and has been collecting ever since.
She spent the first half of her childhood on the West Coast and the second half on the East Coast.
She has two children and a soulmate whom she can’t live without.

KRYSTIAN LOGAN, OFFICE MANAGER, MA
Krystian is the go-to girl. As our office manager, she's tasked with keeping it all together for all of us. She is the first and last point of contact for all our clients. She assists Allison with patients during treatments. She has a background in OB-GYN and perinatology as a medical assistant. She took a hiatus to have her 5-year-old and twin 3-year-old girls and was married to her long time sweetheart October ‘25.
MADISON BARTON, LE
Madison aka Maddie, is a licensed aesthetician with a passion for helping others feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. She specializes in personalized skincare treatments designed to nourish, restore, and enhance your natural glow. For her, skincare is more than a routine — it’s a form of self-care. When Maddie is not in the treatment room, you can usually find her at country concerts, spending quality time with friends and family and betting on Sunday night football! She truly believes that healthy skin starts with mindful care,.
