Cancellation and No-Show Policy Agreement

This Cancellation and No-Show Policy (“Policy”) is being disclosed to you, the cardholder, to comply with Card Brand requirements and to inform you of the terms related to canceling or rescheduling services booked with The Glow Lab Medspa (“Business”) through the Boulevard booking platform.

By booking an appointment through this platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and authorize the Business to apply the specified fees to the payment method on file as described below.

1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

1.1. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled by you, the cardholder, without penalty if the change is initiated at least thirty-six (36) hours prior to the scheduled appointment start time.
1.2. Cancellations or reschedules made less than thirty-six (36) hours before the scheduled start time constitute a Late Cancellation.
1.3. A Late Cancellation will result in a $50 fee charged to the card on file or forfeiture of any deposit made to secure the appointment. The forfeited deposit will not be applied as a credit toward future services.

2. No-Show Policy

2.1. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice constitutes a No-Show.
2.2. No-Shows are subject to a $50 fee or loss of deposit, whichever is greater.
2.3. Repeated No-Shows may require full prepayment of future appointments or may result in suspension of booking privileges at the discretion of the Business.

3. Late Arrival

3.1. Clients who arrive late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.
3.2. If a service cannot be completed due to late arrival, the Client may be charged up to the full cost of the scheduled service(s).

4. Confirmation and Communication

4.1. As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 48 hours in advance via both SMS and email to the contact information provided at the time of booking.
4.2. Failure to respond to confirmation messages may result in the appointment slot being released to another client.

5. Arrival Expectations

Clients are encouraged to arrive at least ten (10) minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in and preparation.

6. Taxes and Fees

Applicable taxes and processing fees will be retained and remitted as required by law.

7. Authorization and Acknowledgment

By scheduling an appointment through the Boulevard platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation and No-Show Policy. You authorize The Glow Lab Medspa to charge the card on file in accordance with the terms set forth above.
